Concrete Repair & Resurfacing
Not every job needs a full tear-out. We fix cracks, level sunken slabs, and resurface old concrete to add another decade of life.
Common repairs we handle: crack stitching for stable cracks, full-depth saw and replace for failed sections, slab-jacking for sunken sidewalks, and re-pointing of joint sealants.
For resurfacing, we apply a polymer-modified overlay over sound existing concrete to give it a fresh face. This works for driveways, patios, and pool decks where the underlying slab is structurally fine but cosmetically worn.
We will tell you straight when repair makes sense and when replacement is smarter — sometimes a crack is just a sign of a base failure that won't get better with a patch.
Repair work is quoted per job after a site visit. Resurfacing typically runs $4–7 per square foot.
