Foundations & Slabs
For garages, pole barns, additions, sheds, and commercial pads — we lay sub-base, set forms, place rebar, and pour to spec.
We work with general contractors, builders, and homeowners on slab-on-grade work from 200 sq ft tool sheds to 5,000+ sq ft commercial pads. Standard residential garage floors run 4" thick with #4 rebar on 16" centers; heavier work like shop floors or commercial pads spec up from there.
Footers are dug to local frost-line requirements (usually 36" in Lancaster County), formed, reinforced, and poured. We coordinate with your block layer or framer to keep the schedule moving.
Basement floors typically pour over crushed stone with a vapor barrier. We can include radiant tubing for in-floor heat if you're going that route.
Garage and shop slabs typically run $7–10 per square foot installed depending on thickness and reinforcement.
